National Defence Force. Founded by two individuals with extensive experience in both the defence and financial

Phil Case
Managing Director and Co-founder
Mr Case, a quadriplegic professional, possesses 25 years of expertise in IT and industrial real estate. With a strong
financial background, he has a deep understanding of complex financial landscapes. Mr Case's leadership skills
empower teams to achieve outstanding results. Meticulous in financial planning and operations management, he
optimizes resources and drives organizational growth. Despite physical challenges, his unwavering determination
and extensive industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to Noko Works.
Mr Ramfolo
Co-founder
Mr Ramfolo, a former senior officer in the SANDF and Executive Manager at Kentron Denel, brings extensive
knowledge and experience in the defence domain. He was responsible for regional marketing for Denel in the
Middle East & North Africa. Additionally, Mr Ramfolo is the founder and CEO of Black Capital Systems and Haba
Khulaba. His strong drive for achieving real transformation in the defence sector is reflected in his connections with
the Military Veterans Association and his role as the Chairman for the AMD's sub-committee for Arms Control.
